I’m told that one of the reasons our Search Committee recommended me is my passion to inspire and add value with the love of Jesus Christ. If our church came to town as a brand-new business, I’d find myself asking “What’s our USP—our ‘Unique Selling Proposition?’” What can we offer that few other churches do? How might we improve on what’s done before? Good questions, right?
